I recently picked up the Sleek ‘Storm’ i-Divine Eyeshadow Palette which is a really affordable and suuuuuuper pretty set of deep winter colours. This was my first dalliance with Sleek Cosmetics and I will definitely be going back for more – a palette of twelve extremely wearable eyeshadows with great pigmentation for £7.99? Yes please! This post will be a quick look I threw together while dabbling with my lovely new colours. I’ve went for a cranberry shade blended through the crease, a gold shimmer patted along the inner corner, and a jet black cat-eye flick to create a look perfect for the upcoming festive season!
For my eyeshadow I used a very easy-peasy gradient with these four colours in this exact order; so I started with the palest gold in the inner corner, blended it into a more burnished gold, then added this sumptuous cranberry shade on the centre of the lid before smoking out the dark brown shade in the outer corner. I took the cranberry colour again under the waterline and through the crease to really accentuate the warmth of this eye shadow look. I then created my trademark cat-eye flick with an eyeliner pen and made my brows slightly stronger than usual. This allowed the main focus of this look to be on the eyes since the rest of my makeup was kept very simple and neutral. Therefore this is a glittery, Christmassy look but totally wearable in the daytime!
