Victoria’s Secret Inspired Makeup

Hands up who loves watching the Victoria’s Secret Catwalk Show every year? Such a guilty pleasure! It personally heralds the beginning of the festive season for me as it airs the first week of December and usually sees me wrapped up in cosy PJs venting my frustration at those inhuman body goals with a large bar of chocolate and tea. But it isn’t all confidence knocking, for there is one aspect that really inspires me every year. The amazingly fresh, flirty and glowing makeup! For essentially, I am all about the glow. And luckily, this is one thing we can all appropriate easily, and without hours at the gym.. Although a better diet would probably help things along…but it’s Christmas, and all that. Keep reading to see my take on the VS makeup for this year.

Monthly Favourites: July 2015

Monthly favourites have always been my favourite kind of post to read so it’s about time I created my first one! July was an exciting and eventful month for me, particularly around my graduation and birthday, and I have been lucky to receive a lot of presents or money towards some. As a result, I actually have quite a few new products and random things which I have been loving lately! Hopefully August will be just as plentiful now…

Graduation ♡ Get Ready With Me

Hello!

For my very first post I thought I would show you how I prepped and pampered myself for a recent special event! Last week was my university graduation ceremony where I was awarded a degree in English Literature after three years at Queen’s University of Belfast, which have been the most amazing and rewarding years of my life. I am continuously grateful to have had the opportunity to experience university. The ceremony was a lovely way to celebrate my achievements with my family and uni friends before we all said our goodbyes and scattered across the country again. We even got semi-nice weather which is highly unusual for Northern Ireland!

While I will try to break it up with plenty of pictures, I do apologise if this post is extremely long and if I appear to have gone overboard with products- this really was a labour of love as I wanted to wear all of my favourite make-up items at once!!! Is that weird?

Photos from the day are in a gallery at the end!
